Visualization Softwares in use are mainly Unreal Engine 5 for rendering, Autodesk Maya for redefine models, uv mapping etc. Premiere Pro and/or Photoshop for editing.
The following project was primarily created in Unreal Engine 5. Simulations were done in Autodesk Maya and Embergen. The car rig was built using the ”Post Processed” preset and tutorials. I discovered Substrate Materials and used them to create an interesting shader for the car paint. The final render was done with the built-in Path Tracer to achieve a more authentic look. Post-production was completed in Premiere Pro. I could have done the sound design in Adobe Audition, but since the project didn’t involve many different sound elements, I chose to keep everything in one software. The simpler text animations were roughly created in After Effects to match the diegesis of the film.
Simulations Simulations created in Autodesk Maya, Bifrost, Blender and Unreal Engine 5. I’ve started to look into Embergen for smoke and firesims. Always strive to learn new things and new ways to integrate simulations in to my projects 2D – Motion Design contact information lucas.arkevall@gmail.com +46727311096
